Introduction

Hello everybody! I officially want to welcome you to Joy Pages. My (me as in Mimi K) small part of the internet. Whether you're new, or have been with me since the beginning, I wanted to write a little introduction.

Here we go fam bam...

Ever since I can remember I have always been a "people person." So much so, that when I was younger my Mom would actually enforce discipline on me by driving me somewhere I had to be and making me wait in the car until 5-10 past starting time. This worked because I really don't like being late places because I am a social butterfly I simply LOVE people. As I have gotten older and gained more understanding of how everyone is so drastically different I have begun to love people even.more.

On the topic of people, if you were to ask me what I feel as tho my purpose is in life I would tell you this. Simply people, and spreading Joy. Piece of pie here friends.

What does this look like for me? Well I love talking to people in person and spending time in general with people. But I have found that the best way to interact with a bunch of people is through media. Specifically through the platforms of this blog, my YouTube channel, and Instagram. Through these three resources I am able to use words to interact with, and reach more people, which I love.

I started this blog in the summer of 2017 right after I moved from Florida. Before the creation of this page here, I had been pleading with my parents to let me make a YouTube channel for all my silly videos. Before this became a reality, (the YT channel that is) my Mom threw out the idea of starting a blog, which, go figure I shot down because I wanted the channel not the blog spot ha ha. But later on, I was bored, and writing had always been something to come pretty easy to me, and I wanted to share a little bit of what I was feeling after the move soooo JoyPages was created. And wow who knew a little messing around on Wix.com would lead to me loving to make websites and even now, making, and creating sites for other people! Anyways, basically this blog is somewhere for me to share the words that come my way and document the life I am blessed to live!

So here before ya now pal are some random facts so you can get a sense of who I is. Ya dig?

- I love coffee

- Potatoes are my fave

- Big fan of the beach

- Love to laugh (give me all the memes and legendary vines please)

- Dance party enthusiast
